Teleport
To teleport, bring up the map screen and hold "`". Use the arrow keys to
select a destionation, then type "LANTFH" to teleport there.

View Ending
For access to all stages, type "LAARC" while playing to warp to the last
stage. From here, type "LASKIP" to finish the stage and view the
endgame.
